SaaS, PaaS & CRM talent
The people who configure, integrate and run your cloud platforms.

The expertise in context
Cloud platforms. The people who run them.
A licence is the easy part. What decides whether a platform earns its cost is the administrator who configures it, the integration developer who connects it to the systems of record, and the architect who stops the data model drifting six months after go-live.
Platform administration and configuration
Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics 365, Workday and SuccessFactors administrators who have run a live tenant — security models, release cycles, sandbox refreshes and the day-to-day configuration backlog.
Integration and middleware
SAP BTP, MuleSoft, Boomi and Azure Integration Services. Developers who have built and supported interfaces between a cloud platform and an ERP of record, including the error handling and reprocessing that rarely gets scoped.
CRM functional and business analysis
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and CPQ. Analysts who can sit with a sales or service team, write a process that survives contact with the business, and configure it.
Tell us what the platform has to do.
Platform job titles travel badly between organizations. Describe the modules in scope, the systems the role has to connect to and who owns the data, and the shortlist gets shorter.

A few useful answers.
Do you place on Salesforce and ServiceNow as well as SAP?
Yes. SAP is where we started and it is still the deepest part of our network, but cloud platform work now runs across Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dynamics, Workday and SuccessFactors — often alongside SAP rather than instead of it.
Can one person cover both the functional and the technical side?
Sometimes, and we will say so when the answer is no. A configuration backlog and an integration rebuild are different jobs; asking one contractor to carry both usually means neither finishes on time.
We only need one integration built, not a team.
That is a normal requirement. Short, scoped engagements for a single interface or a single migration are common on these platforms, and we staff them the same way as a long contract.
