2iResourcing was established in 2005 and is the staffing and resourcing division of 2iSolutions Inc. We work from offices in Canada, the United States and India — which is what lets a Canadian client have a shortlist moving outside Canadian hours.
Part of a consulting business
2iSolutions delivers SAP implementations and IT services. 2iResourcing staffs them, and staffs other organizations too. The practical effect is that our recruiters sit next to consultants who do the work, so a brief is read by someone who has seen the system in question.

2iResourcing has been placing technology people since 2005, across Canada, the United States and India. How we run a search has not changed much in that time.
The brief comes first
Before we source anyone we want to understand the problem the role exists to solve — the system, the team around it, and the decision the hire is meant to unblock. A brief that only lists skills produces a shortlist that only matches keywords.
Results, not activity
A long list of submissions is not progress. We would rather send three people who have done the work than thirty who match on paper — and say so when a requirement is not realistic for the market or the rate.
Recruiters who are expected to push back
Our recruiters work alongside technical consultants and are expected to challenge a brief or a shortlist rather than pass it along. Flat reporting and the freedom to argue a position is what keeps the screening honest.
