What happens after I register?
A recruiter reviews your experience and adds you to the network against the skills and technologies you work in. You hear from us when a client requirement matches — not on a schedule, and not with roles that have nothing to do with your background.
Do I need to be looking right now?
No. Plenty of the people we place were not actively searching when we called — they were open to the right thing. Registering costs you one conversation and means you are considered for work you would never have seen advertised.
How is this different from applying for a job?
Applying is about one role that exists today. Registering is about every role that has not been written yet. If something on the jobs page already suits you, apply for it — the two are not in competition.
