How quickly can you put candidates forward?
It depends on the role and the rate. A contract role in a stack where our network is deep moves quickly; a niche permanent role takes longer. We would rather tell you that at the start than send a shortlist of near-misses.
Do you recruit outside Ontario?
Yes. We recruit across Canada, and place into the United States and India as well, where 2iSolutions has offices. Remote, hybrid and on-site arrangements are all normal.
What do you need from us to start?
A description of the work, the environment it sits in, the engagement type and a budget range. If you do not have all of that yet, a short conversation is usually faster than a document.
